STRATEGIC ALLIANCE DIRECTIVES
Executive Note:
The C4 Institute (Theory) and ATLAS (Telemetry) divisions are currently closed to external partners. We are exclusively accepting proposals for the industrialization of the Project Ironclad supply chain.
Mission: The manufacturing and integration of Isotopic Topological Anchors.
We are seeking Operational Partners—engineers and architects who can execute the following directives in exchange for project equity or research fellowships.
LEAD MICRO-FABRICATION ENGINEER (FIB)
The Capability
You must possess deep familiarity with Focused Ion Beam (FIB) lithography systems (Zeiss ORION, FEI Helios).
The Objective
To execute the physical fabrication of the "Isotopic Hill" prototypes (Patent US 63/968,895). You will translate our vector field maps into physical silicon topography.
Ideal Partner
Nanofabrication Lab Manager or PhD Engineer with access to cleanroom facilities.
DEFENSE INTEGRATION ARCHITECT
The Capability
You understand the DoD Acquisition Ecosystem. You speak the language of "Program Protection Plans" (PPP) and Anti-Tamper (AT) regulation.
The Objective
To design the "Depot Level" integration strategy for Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. You will define how the SciAps Z-903 scanner fits into a secure receiving line.
Ideal Partner
Former Systems Engineer or Program Manager from a Defense Prime.
FPGA & EMBEDDED SECURITY LEAD
The Capability
You specialize in Hardware Root of Trust. You understand how to bridge a physical measurement (Isotopes) with a digital handshake (Blockchain/Server).
The Objective
To build the API layer that connects the handheld scanner to the client's inventory database.
Ideal Partner
Embedded Systems Engineer with experience in secure boot protocols.
HOW TO PROPOSE AN ALLIANCE
Standard resumes are discarded. We require a Capability Statement outlining your access to specific hardware or networks.
